Minnesota Vikings: Vikings Land Former Bears WR Aromashodu

As a frenzy of football transactions sweeps over the NFL, the Minnesota Vikings have made another move in hopes of providing some stability to their offense in 2011.

The Vikings have come to an agreement on a one-year contract with former Chicago Bears' wide receiver Devin Aromashodu(notes). In the midst of a wide receiver situation that's anything but stable for the Vikings' offense, they're going to be looking for some sort of remedy to their lack of talent/experience at the position.

As of right now, things aren't looking too promising for the Vikings' wide receiving corps in 2011. It's more than likely that star wide receiver Sidney Rice(notes) could be headed elsewhere as a free agent. Fellow veteran Bernard Berrian(notes) could have the same fate. The Vikings' other veteran receivers, Greg Camarillo(notes) and Greg Lewis(notes), will most likely not be on the team to begin the 2011 regular season either. It has already been made clear that the team will release Freddie Brown(notes). More @sports.yahoo.com | Dallas Cowboys Cuts...
